- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 50 g shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 100 g green asparagus tips
- 2 stalks chervil (leaves)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- butter (for the ramekins)
- chervil leaf
Instructions

Crack the eggs one by one into butter‑lined ramekins or cups, season with salt and pepper, then add 1 tbsp sour cream to each. Sprinkle shrimp, chopped chervil leaves, and asparagus tips over the tops.

Place the ramekins in a baking dish filled with boiling water and bake at 220°C for about 8 minutes.

The whites should be set while the yolks remain slightly runny.
