Ingredients

  • 6 large plums
  • cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 600 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pistachio nuts

Instructions

    Clean, wash, halve the plums and remove pits. Mix with 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp maple syrup; place in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile whisk the yogurt with remaining maple syrup until smooth. Roughly chop pistachios. Spoon yogurt onto bowls or dessert plates, arrange three plum halves on top of each, and sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
