Ingredients

  • 600 g waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • cucumber
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 500 g Cod fillet
  • 4 tsp coarse mustard
  • 6 tbsp grated gratin cheese

Instructions

    Wash potatoes and cook in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Drain, peel and slice into rounds. Rinse cucumber, slice and pat dry. Rinse herbs, shake off excess moisture and chop.

    Lining a baking dish with 1 tbsp butter. Layer potato and cucumber slices, then sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper. Pour broth over the layers.
