  • 4 red bell pepper halves
  • 300 g goat cheese
  • 2 onions (blue)
  • 16 black olives, pitted
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp balsamic cream

Instructions

    Wash, trim, halve and seed the peppers; remove white membranes. Peel and quarter the onions. Cut the cheese into large cubes. Distribute cheese, onions, and olives onto pepper halves and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 220°C for about 10-15 minutes until golden. Shake basil dry, remove leaves. For serving drizzle onions with balsamic cream and arrange pepper halves topped with basil on plates.
