Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 150 g breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 4 tbsp Grill mustard (e.g., Thomy)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ajvar

  • paprika powder
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper (mixed colors)
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the chicken wings, season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg. Coat each wing first in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs; repeat if necessary. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot, fry wings over medium heat until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

    Press garlic and combine all remaining ingredients in a blender, blend vigorously, season to taste.
