Ingredients
- 6 plums
- 1 handful thyme
- 1 French goat camembert
- 2 tbsp walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g sourdough spelt bread
Instructions

Clean, wash, halve the plums and remove pits. Wash thyme, shake dry and pluck leaves. Slice the goat camembert. Roughly chop walnuts.

Arrange plums in a baking dish, top with goat camembert slices, drizzle honey and olive oil, then sprinkle thyme, walnuts and salt. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 10–15 minutes.

Slice bread and bake in the oven 5 minutes before the end of baking. Remove plums from oven and let cool briefly. Place three plum halves with goat camembert on each of four plates, sprinkle pepper over them and serve with the bread.
