Ingredients

  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 artichokes
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Sea salt
  • 100 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heat. Wash and dry the rosemary. Clean and halve the artichokes.

    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, crush the garlic and sauté briefly with the rosemary.

  3. 3.

    Place the artichokes cut side up in a greased baking dish, drizzle with the garlic‑rosemary oil, season with pepper and sea salt, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden. Remove and serve.
