Ingredients
- 4 sour apples (e.g., Boskop)
- 75 g chopped almond kernels
- 2 tsp raisins
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar (plus powdered sugar for dusting)
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 50 g marzipan raw mass
- butter (for the dish)
- 20 g butter pieces
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Wash the apples, dry them and cut out the core cavity.

For the filling mix half of the almonds with raisins, 1 tbsp powdered sugar and cinnamon, finely chop the marzipan raw mass and fold in. Fill the apples with this mixture and place them in a buttered baking dish. Dust with remaining powdered sugar, top with butter pieces and bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes.

Remove from oven, arrange on plates and sprinkle with remaining almond flakes. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
