Ingredients
- 4 sour apples
- 40 g marzipan bulk
- 40 g cranberries
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- 1 tsp orange zest (unprocessed)
- 100 g gooseberry jam
- 60 g chopped walnuts
- butter (for brushing)
- butter block (for topping)

Wash the apples and remove the core. Cut a star-shaped notch around the stem on the top and hollow out the inside. Seal the bottom with marzipan.

Mix cranberries with orange liqueur and zest. Combine with jam and nuts, then fill the apples. Place each apple on four pieces of foil brushed with melted butter, cover with butter block, and wrap. Grill for 20‑25 minutes. Carefully unwrap and serve warm.
