- 1 small baguette
- 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 75 g pastrami (thinly sliced)
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 slices of ripe beef tomato
- Salt
- Pepper

Cut the baguette lengthwise in half and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on both top and bottom. Wash, rinse, pat dry the arugula and remove the tough stems.

Layer pastrami on the lower half of the baguette, then distribute the arugula over it. Add the tomato slices, season with salt and pepper, and place the top half back on. Transport in a lunchbox lined with napkins.
