Ingredients
- 80 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 50 g cream cheese (herbed)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper (ground)
- 12 leaves baby spinach
- 8 leaves arugula
- 4 bagels

Remove the skin from the mackerel fillet and tear the remaining flesh into pieces. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use a fork to blend until a smooth cream forms. Season with pepper.

Wash the spinach and arugula, pat dry with paper towels. Halve and toast the bagels. Spread the mackerel cream on the underside of each bagel. Top with spinach and arugula. Arrange the tops decoratively.
