Ingredients

  • 2 sesame bagels (from baker)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 1 Garlic clove

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Peel the garlic clove and squeeze out the juice. Mix the juice with 4 tbsp olive oil. Split the bagels and drizzle 2 tsp garlic‑oil on the crust of each lower half.

    Place one lettuce leaf on each half, then layer mozzarella and tomato slices in a tiled pattern. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle another 2 tsp garlic‑oil over each side. Finish by adding the top halves and serve.
