Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 160 g smoked salmon
  • 3 cm fresh horseradish (or 2 tsp jarred horseradish)
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 3 sprigs watercress

Instructions

    Cut the bagels horizontally and toast them. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom halves and generously top with smoked salmon.

    Peel the horseradish and grate it finely. Distribute the grated horseradish over the salmon. Wash, dry, and shake off the dill and watercress; pluck the leaves from the stems.
