Baby Pancakes

Spoonsparrow pancakes for babies with banana, egg and almond flour – quick to make and perfect for the start of finger food phase.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp almond flour (15 g)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Peel the banana and mash it finely with a fork. Beat the egg smoothly in a bowl.

    Stir the mashed banana, almond flour and vanilla powder into the egg.

  3. 3.

    Heat the oil in a pan and cook the pancakes over medium heat for 2 minutes per side. Pour about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter per pancake into the pan. Remove the baby pancakes from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
