Avocado with Cottage Cheese on Crispbread

Avocado with cottage cheese on crispbread from Spoonsparrow: In 10 minutes the breakfast is ready and impresses with a good portion of protein!

Ingredients

  • 125 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika powder (spicy)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 slices whole grain crispbread
  • 2 tbsp almond kernels
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • chives for garnish

Instructions

    Season the cottage cheese with paprika, salt and pepper; spread it on the crispbreads, sprinkle with almonds and press lightly.

    Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit and slice the flesh. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice and place on the crispbreads. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with chives before serving.
