Ingredients
- 12 slices sourdough toast bread or sourdough baguette
- 3 Avocados
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Place the toast slices on the oven rack and brown them on both sides until golden and crispy in the oven.

Meanwhile, peel the avocados, halve them, remove the pits, and slice the halves. Slice the sheep cheese into thin pieces.

Peel the garlic and cut it in half. Rub the toast slices with the cut side of the garlic and drizzle with a little oil. Top with avocado slices and sheep cheese, then drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with basil.
