Avocado Tomato Guacamole

Try the delicious guacamole from Spoonsparrow. Thanks to the abundant omega‑3 fatty acids, this dip is good for our heart.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • paprika (sweet)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Steep the tomatoes in hot water, cool them quickly, peel, quarter, remove seeds and dice the flesh. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, press the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork.

    Wash, trim, dry and finely dice the spring onions. Mix with the tomatoes and avocado, season with salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and lemon juice. Serve the guacamole in small bowls.
