Ciabatta with Smoked Salmon
Ciabatta with smoked salmon and horseradish cream: You can score big with these generously topped crostini - not just in terms of taste.
Ingredients
- 200 g Whole grain Ciabatta
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 400 g Smoked salmon
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 0.5 bunch Dill
- 1 tbsp sweet mustard
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Pepper
- 0.5 Lemon
- 100 g Cream cheese (13% fat)
- Salt
- 25 g fresh horseradish (1 piece)
Instructions

Cut the bread into 1 cm thick slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C convection, Gas: level 3) on the middle rack on a baking sheet until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.

Peel the garlic and rub the slices lightly with it.

Finely chop the salmon.

Wash, clean, and slice the spring onions into fine rings.

Wash, dry, and pluck the dill sprigs. Set a few aside, finely chop the rest.

Mix the salmon, onions, dill, and mustard with the oil in a bowl and season with pepper.

Squeeze the lemon.

Whisk the cream cheese with a little lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the horseradish, grate finely, and stir into the cream cheese.

Spread each slice of bread with some cream cheese, spread the salmon on top and garnish with dill.
