Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1.5 avocados
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • Herb salt

    Wash the celery, remove the strands, and chop into small pieces. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh, and immediately add 1 tsp lemon juice to a blender.

    Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, roughly dice it, and combine with the celery, yogurt, and orange juice in the blender. Blend until creamy and season with herb salt and lemon juice.

    Serve in glasses, garnished optionally with some celery leaves and an avocado slice.
