Ingredients

  • 100 g yogurt
  • 150 g sour cream (10% fat)
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
  • 250 g cocktail shrimp (cooked)
  • small head lettuce leaf
  • dill sprigs

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, fold in dill, taste.

    Wash the salad leaves, pat dry, and place them in glass bowls.

    Arrange the shrimp on the salad leaves, pour the sauce over them.

    Serve garnished with dill sprigs.
