Ingredients
- 2 stalks tarragon
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tsp ground vanilla
- Salt
- white pepper
- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 Avocados
Instructions

Wash the tarragon, pat dry, finely chop and mix with lemon juice, oils, and vanilla. Season with salt and pepper.

Halve the melon, remove seeds, peel, and cut flesh into wedges.

Halve the avocados, remove pits, loosen flesh from skins, and cut into wedges as well.

Combine melon and avocado wedges with the dressing and divide onto four plates.
