- 2 Avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 Spring onion (only the white part)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch vanilla essence
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Peel, halve, pit and dice the avocados. Toss with lime juice. Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onion. Peel and grate the garlic finely. Combine both with ginger and vanilla into the avocado mixture and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon before serving.
