- 150 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Pepper
- toasted white bread slice

Let the olives and capers drain. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without added fat.
