Ingredients

  • 150 g black olives (pitted)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper
  • toasted white bread slice

Instructions

    Let the olives and capers drain. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without added fat.

    Add all ingredients to a blender and puree. Spread on toasted white bread slices and serve.
