Ingredients

  • 4 pieces multigrain buns
  • 1 beef tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 8 jalapeños

Instructions

    Halve the multigrain buns. Clean, wash the tomato and cut off a wedge-shaped stem. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.

    Cut avocados in half, remove seeds and peel. Slice one half into thin strips and set aside. Dice the other half and blend with crème fraîche and lemon juice. Season the avocado spread with salt and pepper.

    Mix ground meat with mustard and egg. Season with salt and pepper and form 4 patties from the mixture. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the patties on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes each.

    Spread the avocado spread on the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf on top, add the patty, then a tomato slice and two or three avocado slices. Close with the top bun half and serve each burger with two jalapeños.
