An autumn cheese and grape salad with pear is a perfect after-work recipe – quick to make, healthy, and made with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- 200 g Edamer (or similar mild cheese)
- 2 red onions
- 8 radishes
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 pears
- 200 g seedless white grapes
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Cube the Edamer. Peel and slice the onions into strips. Wash, halve, deseed, and cube the bell peppers. Wash, trim, and cut the radishes into sticks. Peel, halve, deseed, and cube the pears.

Wash and halve the grapes. Combine everything in a bowl and mix with oil, lemon juice, honey, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
