Ingredients

  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 fresh red chilies
  • 200 ml water
  • 50 ml mild red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

    Wash the bell pepper, deseed and dice finely.

    Peel the garlic and mince finely.

  3. 3.

    Wash the chilies (optional to deseed for less heat) and mince finely. Combine bell pepper, garlic, and chilies in a small pot, add about 200 ml water, vinegar, lime juice, and sugar, bring to a boil and simmer gently uncovered for about 15 minutes.
