Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 fresh red pepper
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Instructions

Peel the garlic and crush it in a mortar.

Wash the pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and slice into very fine strips.

Mix crushed garlic with fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili powder, and the sliced pepper until the sugar dissolves.
