Ingredients
- 3 Beefsteaks (≈150 g)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tomatoes (500 g)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 limes (juice)
Instructions

Season the beefsteaks with salt and pepper. In 1 tbsp hot oil, sear each side for about 2–3 minutes, then remove and let rest a few minutes. Slice the meat very thinly. Deglaze the pan with soy sauce, bring to a boil, and set aside.

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and remove seeds. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the chili pepper, deseed, and dice finely. Combine the vegetables, chili, and beef.
