Ingredients
- 450 g beef steak (3 beef steaks)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 500 g tomatoes (6 tomatoes)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 limes (juice)

Season beef steaks with salt and pepper and sear each side in 1 tbsp hot oil for about 2-3 minutes, remove and rest a few minutes. Slice the meat very thinly. Deglaze the pan with soy sauce, bring to boil, then set aside.

Wash tomatoes, quarter and core them. Peel cucumber and slice thinly. Wash chili pepper, deseed and dice finely. Combine vegetables, chili, and beef.

Trim spring onions, wash and cut diagonally into rings. Peel garlic and mince finely. Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, and remaining oil; mix with all prepared ingredients, taste, and adjust seasoning.
