- 500 g butter cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- chili powder
- 4 honey
- 0.25 l white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- mixed ground pepper
- 125 g arugula
- 2 red onions

Chop the butter cheese into sharp pyramids. Make a Marinade from salt, pepper, chili powder, honey, wine and oil, and marinate the cheese overnight. Drain the cheese and catch the Marinade.

Wash the arugula and mix it with the Marinade. Peel the onions, slice them into thin rings and add them. Sprinkle the drained cheese pieces with mixed ground pepper and arrange on plates with the arugula.
