Ingredients
- 1 head of leaf lettuce
- 0.25 head of red cabbage
- 2 organic grapefruits
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp nut oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash, clean and tear the leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the red cabbage, remove the core and finely shred or slice it thinly.

Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise and cut into thin slices.

Zest one grapefruit and peel both halves. Remove all white membranes thoroughly and cut out the segments. Dice them and squeeze out any remaining flesh. Mix the juice with honey and nut oil and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the salad, grapefruit, cucumber and red cabbage on plates and sprinkle with seeds and zest. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
