Ingredients

  • 1 piece orange
  • 1 piece ginger (10 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g FRoSTA wild salmon fillets (thawed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 packs FRoSTA Nom Nom Noodles

Instructions

  1. 1.

For the sauce, rinse an orange hot and rub it dry. Grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Peel and finely chop ginger. Mix orange zest, juice, and ginger with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2.

Pat salmon fillets dry and cut into 1 cm cubes. Add cubes to the sauce and let marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. 3.

Line the basket of a convection oven with parchment paper. Place salmon cubes in the basket and cook at 180 °C for about 8–10 minutes in the convection oven.

  4. 4.

Meanwhile, add frozen Nom Nom Noodles with 4 tbsp water to a pan and heat on high. Cook covered for 5–7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  5. 5.

Serve the noodles in two bowls, arrange salmon cubes on top, and enjoy Asia Noodles with Salmon. Spoonsparrow tip: For a vegan version replace wild salmon with tofu or tempeh.
