Meat and Pak Choy from the Wok

Ingredients

  • 200 g Green beans
  • 200 g wide noodles
  • 400 g pak choi
  • 300 g sirloin steak
  • peanut oil (for frying)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • dark soy sauce

Instructions

    Bring water to a boil in a pot for the beans. Meanwhile, trim the beans and cut them lengthwise in half. Cook the vegetables in boiling water for about 3 minutes until crisp-tender, then shock with cold water and drain.

    Bring salted water to a boil for the noodles and cook according to package instructions, then shock with cold water and drain.

    Wash the pak choi leaves, dice the white stems into cubes, and slice the green parts into fine strips.

    Slice the meat into strips.

    Heat some oil in a wok and sear the meat quickly on all sides, pushing it to the side. First brown the white stem cubes, then add the greens and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the beans and noodles. Gently combine all ingredients and season.
