Ingredients
- 400 g whole wheat pasta (farfalle)
- Salt
- 600 g salmon fillet (ready-to-cook, skinless)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 400 ml soy cream (or spelt cream)
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch Chives

Cook farfalle in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions, then drain. Meanwhile rinse the salmon, pat dry and cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop garlic; sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add salmon cubes, cook briefly, then deglaze with soy cream. Season with salt and pepper, simmer on medium heat for 10–15 minutes until slightly thickened. Finish with lemon juice.

Wash chives, shake dry, and cut into fine ribbons. Arrange pasta in a nest on the plate. Spoon the salmon‑cream sauce over it and garnish with chive ribbons before serving.
