The creamy arugula spread from Spoonsparrow pairs perfectly with bread and works great as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 50 g arugula
  • 40 g sun‑dried tomatoes
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp organic lemon zest
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Rinse, wash, dry, and finely chop the arugula. Cut the sun‑dried tomatoes into small pieces.

    In a bowl mix the cream cheese with yogurt, arugula, tomatoes, and lemon zest; season the spread with salt and pepper.
