Ingredients
- 80 g sour cream
- 1 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- Salt
- 4 slices white bread
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp chive bundles

Mix the sour cream with the horseradish and season lightly with salt. Cut the bread slices in half and spread the horseradish-sour cream mixture on them.

Place a slice of smoked salmon on each piece of bread and sprinkle with chopped chives.
