Ingredients
- 1 Organic lemon
- 6 fine baby artichokes
- 1 bunch chervil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Rinse the lemon under hot water and cut it in half. Clean, wash the artichokes and cook them with a lemon half in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

Meanwhile rinse the chervil, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and finely chop them. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon half. Peel and quarter the garlic clove.

After cooking, drain the artichokes well. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the artichokes with the garlic for about 3–4 minutes on all sides over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Finally add the chopped chervil and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
