Artichoke Cream

The artichoke cream by Spoonsparrow is always a good idea as a spread or dip.

Ingredients

  • 400 g pickled artichokes (jar, with liquid)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

    Drain the artichokes well. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then blend it with the artichokes and 2–3 tbsp of artichoke liquid in a blender until smooth.

    Fold in the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, and adjust with a splash of lemon juice. Serve in small bowls with fresh white bread.
