Ingredients

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 2 EL whipping cream
  • 1 splash tarragon vinegar
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 100 g chopped herbs

    In a bowl combine the yogurt, crème fraîche, whipping cream, and chopped herbs. Add tarragon vinegar, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly until well blended.
