Apricots with Lavender and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 12 apricots
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lavender buds (unsprayed)
  • 300 g goat cheese

Instructions

    Wash the apricots, halve them and pit. Heat the butter in a pan and brown the apricots over medium heat for about 8 minutes on all sides. Remove from heat, add honey and lavender buds, and warm while stirring.

    Arrange the browned apricots on plates and serve with goat cheese.
