Ingredients
- 500 g ripe apricots
- 0.5 honeydew melon
- 500 g gelification sugar (1:2)
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch cloves powder

Wash the apricots, dry them, halve and pit them. Cut the honeydew in half, remove seeds, peel off the rind and dice the flesh. Puree the honeydew finely and mix with the apricots, sugar and spices; let sit for 1 hour.

Heat in a pot and simmer while stirring for 4 minutes until bubbling. Fill prepared jars with jam, seal tightly, place lids on top for 10 minutes, flip over and cool.
