Ingredients

  • 125 g Hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 6 small apples
  • 125 g white chocolate
  • 125 g milk chocolate
  • 6 longer wooden sticks

Instructions

    Lightly toast hazelnuts in a dry pan, then transfer to a shallow dish.

    Wash and dry the apples, then insert a longer wooden stick into each one.

    Melt the chopped chocolate over a double boiler without stirring; at the end lightly marbled with a fork. Dip the apples one by one into the mixture and coat evenly.

    Place the coated apples onto the chopped nuts, turning them to press the nuts slightly and allow them to dry.
