Ingredients

  • 300 g coconut flour
  • 60 g whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 g peanut butter (4 tbsp)
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8 tbsp honey
  • 160 g apple sauce (8 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp almond drink (almond milk)

Instructions

    Combine coconut flour, whey protein powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.

    Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a second bowl, warm briefly then fold in the honey.

    Add the coconut‑peanut mixture to the apple sauce and almond milk, whisk until smooth.

  4. 4.

    Knead the batter into dough and spread it onto a parchment-lined baking pan. Press slightly with a spoon.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes then cut into 10 strips.
