Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 800 ml milk
- 50 g whole cane sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g rice pudding grains
- 1 apple
- 4 tsp cinnamon-sugar mix

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and add it with the milk, sugar, and salt to a pot. Bring to a boil, then stir in the rice. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more milk if needed.

Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and cut the quarters into thin strips. Remove the vanilla bean, divide the rice pudding among bowls, and garnish with the apple slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
