Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 2 stalks rhubarb
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

    Peel, core, and slice the apples. Wash and cut the rhubarb into pieces. Combine all with sugar and water in a pot and steam covered for about 10 minutes. For the cream whisk the cream to stiff peaks. Mix mascarpone with sugar and cinnamon until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream. Fill glasses with the compote and serve warm.
