Apple Punch with Raisins

A glass of apple punch with raisins provides the body with a small vitamin C shot and plenty of potassium.

Ingredients

  • 2 l cloudy apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 100 g small apples (1 small apple)
  • 1 large organic lemon
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

    Warm the apple juice and cinnamon stick slowly over low heat in a large pot.

    Wash the apple thoroughly, dry it, quarter it, core it, then cut into small cubes.

    Rinse the lemon hot, dry it, and slice it thinly.

    Add the apple cubes, lemon slices, and raisins to the pot and let everything steep for another 10 minutes over low heat. Remove from the stove, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve in glasses.
