Quark Dessert with Kiwis and Pistachios

The quark dessert with kiwis and pistachios from Spoonsparrow is always well received.

Ingredients

  • 500 g low‑fat quark
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey (30 g)
  • a pinch vanilla powder
  • 280 g kiwi (4 kiwis)
  • 60 g pistachio kernels

Instructions

    Mix quark with yogurt, honey and vanilla powder.

    Peel the kiwis and slice them thinly. Roughly chop the pistachios.

  3. 3.

    Fill half of the glass with the quark mixture. Arrange the kiwi slices on top, pour the remaining quark over them and sprinkle the pistachio kernels on top. Enjoy immediately.
