Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 g ground pork
  • 100 g spring onions
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 500 g flour
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1.

Knead the flour with about 150 ml water into a dough and let it rest for half an hour.

  2. 2.

Finely chop the spring onions. Mix them with the ground pork, ginger, sesame oil and season with salt.

  3. 3.

Divide the dough into four portions. Roll each portion into a thin rectangle and cut into squares (about 7x7 cm). Place about 1 tsp of filling in the center of each square and fold the dough over to form a triangle, pressing the edges well together.

  4. 4.

Fry the pastries in hot oil in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
