Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 1 bottle child‑sized sparkling wine

Instructions

    Wash the apples, remove the cores. Cut the apples into cubes and place them in a glass bowl. Halve the lemon; squeeze one half over the apple cubes with the lemon juice.

    Slice the other half of the lemon thinly and add to the apple cubes. Pour the apple juice over everything and cover, then refrigerate. Before serving, pour the chilled child‑sized sparkling wine into the mixture.
