Apple Onion Spread

Ingredients

  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 sour apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • salt (pepper)
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

    Peel the apple, cut into wedges, remove core and dice small.

    Heat 50g butter in a small pot and sauté the onion and apple cubes. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper.

    Wash the chives, dry shake them and cut into ribbons. Knead the remaining butter with the warm onion mixture and chives. Transfer to a dish, cover and refrigerate until cold.
